Specialty needed: Family Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant
Qualifications: Must have a current state license, approximately 2 years of relevant experience, and an active DEA
Location: 20 miles outside of Anaheim, CA
Practice setting: Hospital based
Dates or start date: Urgent per diem coverage needed immediately, and will be ongoing
Shift times: 12 hour shifts available
Ages seen: Only adult aged patients will be seen for this assignment
Annual volume: 43K total annual volume
Support staff: 36 hours of APP/MLP coverage
EMR: Cerner
Procedures: No in-office procedures
DEA required: Yes
