Qualifications: Must have a current state license, an active DEA, about 2 years of relevant experience, and a clean background
Location: Houston, TX
Practice setting: Outpatient Health Clinic
Dates or start date: Ongoing Per Diem coverage needed Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays
*Future shifts will be available beyond the dates listed above
Shift times: Thurs/Fri (9:00a.m. – 3:00p.m.) | Saturday (9:00a.m. – 1:00a.m.)
Ages seen: Only children under the age of 18 years are seen at this location
Patients per day: 25-30
Support staff: This facility is home to a very organized and friendly team of support staff

Procedures: No in-office procedures
DEA required: Yes
