• Permanent Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Family Practice or Urgent Care background

JOB DETAILS
• Monday – Friday, 12p – 8p with weekend rotation
• Will eventually go to 3 12-hour shifts per week, 8a-8p with weekend rotation
• Average 15-20 patients per day
• All ages
• Full scope of Primary Care
• Lone provider most of the time
• Easy access to Medical Director by phone
• 3 exam rooms with lab and x-ray onsite
• EMR in place
• Full benefits include health, dental, vision and 401K
• PTO with additional time off for CME with stipend
• Relocation Assistance
