Staff Care's client is currently seeking Advanced Practitioners to assist with covering their schedules for the next few months. This is a level I trauma center that sees approximately 56,000 visits annually. Qualified candidates will have the opportunity to work shifts in the main ED and the fast track. A physician assistant (PA)(locum tenens) practices medicine under the supervision of a physician and/or surgeon. In addition to a bachelor's degree, a physicians assistant must complete 2 years of accredited training. They are trained to provide patient care, diagnose and treat individuals with injuries and illnesses, and administer treatment.
