Come join the largest provider of Emergency Medicine services in central New York. Staff Care's client is currently seeking Physician Assistants or Nurse Practitioners with Emergency Medicine experience to cover shifts in 2014. Shifts in the Emergency Department are 10 hours. A physicians assistant (PA)(locum tenens) practices medicine under the supervision of a physician and/or surgeon. In addition to a bachelor's degree, a physicians assistant must complete 2 years of accredited training. They are trained to provide patient care, diagnose and treat individuals with injuries and illnesses, and administer treatment.
