Physicians Assistant - (PA) Locum Tenens
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 40 Hours/Week
Hospital in Upstate New York has been experiencing growth and is need of a Physician Assistant to support their Cardiac Department. This is a locum tenens opportunity to work as a surgical first assist, vein harvesting experience is a requirement. This is a full time ongoing opportunity and the facility is open to licensing candidates matching the criteria as well as cover the expense for travel and lodging.
A physicians assistant (PA)(locum tenens) practices medicine under the supervision of a physician and/or surgeon. In addition to a bachelor's degree, a physicians assistant must complete 2 years of accredited training. They are trained to provide patient care, diagnose and treat individuals with injuries and illnesses, and administer treatment.
