Physicians Assistant - (PA) Locum Tenens
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Varied Shift
Great opportunity with a group of Urgent Cares in the northeast. Staff Care's client is currently seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to assist with providing coverage during the summer months. This group is looking for an Advanced Practitioner to cover approximately 6 shifts in July and 6 in August. This is a well establish Urgent Care which sees patients ranging from bumps and bruises to orthopedic cases and patients with abdominal pains.
A physicians assistant (PA)(locum tenens) practices medicine under the supervision of a physician and/or surgeon. In addition to a bachelor's degree, a physicians assistant must complete 2 years of accredited training. They are trained to provide patient care, diagnose and treat individuals with injuries and illnesses, and administer treatment.
