Physicians Assistant - (PA) Locum Tenens
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 Hour/Day
A large pediatric medical center in California is in need of a locum tenens Surgical or Primary Care Physician Assistant, with Otolaryngology experience, to join their group while they permanently recruit for an Advanced Practitioner. Monday-Friday; 8a-5pm, with no call. Please contact Staff Care for more information.
A physicians assistant (PA)(locum tenens) practices medicine under the supervision of a physician and/or surgeon. In addition to a bachelor's degree, a physicians assistant must complete 2 years of accredited training. They are trained to provide patient care, diagnose and treat individuals with injuries and illnesses, and administer treatment.
Required Qualifications
Master's Degree, Certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants, Licensed in the State of California. Drug Enforcement Administration certification required.
