GREAT SURGICAL PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT POSITION
PROGRESSIVE, MAGNET HOSPITAL
Two positions available:general and cardiovascular
First assist experience is necessary.
Surgical Physician Assistant needed in a Progressive, Magnet 350 Bed Hospital.

You will be joining an excellent surgical team and will:
• 1st assistant in surgery - Performs first assist duties in the operating room. General Surgery
• Post-op - Writes orders in the recovery room, talks with family, visits patients, performs post-op procedures and more.
• Patient Rounding - Working as a team member with medical\\nursing staff to provide comprehensive care to the patients
• Discharge planning - Dictates discharge summaries, writes prescriptions, explains discharge instructions, confirms follow-up appointments
Hospital is located in a beautiful city in West Central Illinois. Approx. 40,000 population with great schools, beautiful parks, shopping, restaurants and recreational activities. Great quality of life with low cost of living!
