Opportunity:
As the incoming Oncology Physician Assistant, you'll provide clinical oversight for advanced cancer patients participating in early phase (1 and 2) clinical trials at experienced and highly reputable research center. You'll work closely with the Executive Medical Director, physician investigators, pharmacist, and center's vice-president of research to assist in the assessment and management of on-going clinical trials. The agents being tested are primarily targeted gene, cellular and immune therapies. The NP/PA would also contribute to the vision and operations of the research center through leadership, mentoring, consulting and being a role modeling expert on how to best care for cancer patients.
The successful candidate will have a 3+ years post-training experience in oncology with experience with clinical trials preferred.
