Our client in West Texas is seeking a full time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide primary care services to the residents of their facility.
This is a unique primary care practice setting in that the patients are residents of the facility, and have intellectual and/or physical disabilities that require ongoing care.
You will be assigned 70 residents to provide care during this assignment. There are physicians, RN's and other medical staff available to assist as needed.
The schedule if Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. There is a telephonic call rotation of 1:6 nights and holidays that the providers share.
