Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN) in eastern Pennsylvania is looking for a CRNP to join the Geriatrics team. The provider should be passionate about geriatric care and services and have a prior clinical background in the field.
This provider will split their time between the acute rehab at Good Shepherd and the inpatient rehab unit at the LVHN Cedar Crest campus.
