West Coast Oregon (188 miles SW of Portland)
Permanent PA with family medicine experience.
4.5 days per week
Clinic open: Mon-Fri 8-5, Sat 1/2 day mornings
Mid-level would cover 1/2 day Saturday once a month and then get 1/2 day off during week
Shares telephone triage call duties with physicians (one in 4-5) including weekends
Outpatient facility
PPD: 16-20
Seeing all ages
Provide ambulatory care services as per the scope of a Family Physician Assistant or Physician Assistant
Current BLS Certification
