ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY:
Permanent Nurse Practioner needed for clinic in New Jersey
Dates: November 2013 - ongoing
Days: Monday - Friday with one Saturday a month
Hours: 8 hour day shifts (4 days 8am in time, 1 day 11am in time) but hours may vary due to patient volume
Patients per shift: 20-25
Some job duties include (but are not limited to):
•Collects patient information and records patient information such as medical history, reports and examination results.
•Ensures that his/her documentation in the health record justifies prescribed treatment and includes findings/progress, and plan of care, in accordance with clinic policy and procedures.
•Provides consultation, guidance and direction to medical support staff to ensure continuity and quality of services of care.
