Physician Assistant - (PA) Locum Tenens
Staff Care has a new a new locum tenen opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work in an urgent care outpatient clinic starting in June. This client typically is looking for an average of 10-15 shifts a month and currently looking for Thursdays-Sundays, the shifts range from 9a-3p to 10a-8p. This is a great opportunity to work with a rapidly expanding urgent care group, with a brand new clinic and full support staff. A physician assistant (PA)(locum tenens) practices medicine under the supervision of a physician and/or surgeon. In addition to a bachelor's degree, a physicians assistant must complete 2 years of accredited training. They are trained to provide patient care, diagnose and treat individuals with injuries and illnesses, and administer treatment.
