Opportunity for a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our ED team full-time or part-time at KershawHealth Medical Center at Camden, located in Camden, South Carolina. Located only 20 minutes from Columbia, South Carolina, this 121-bed facility supports a 27,000-annual-patient-volume ED that provides 30 hours of physician coverage and 12 hours of APC coverage daily. The 15-bed treatment area is equipped with advanced technology and designed for patient privacy and convenience. The admission rate is approximately 11 percent, and the facility supports a hospital medicine program. The ED uses the Meditech EMR system, and all major trauma goes to Palmetto Richland Memorial Hospital. Qualified candidates will be certified with a minimum of 1 year prior emergency medicine or urgent care experience. We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package for full time providers. Current ACLS certification is required, and PALS certification must be obtained within 3 months of start date.
