The hospital is located just sixty miles from Las Cruces NM, within easy driving distance from the mountain resort towns of Cloudcroft and Ruidoso, New Mexico. Located 45 minutes from skiing Ruidoso -- Inn of the Mountain Gods, great golfing, gambling, horse racing and outdoor activities.
Emergency Department:
•Level III Trauma Center
•19-bed ED
•26,000 annual volume (pushing 30K)
•24 hours of physician coverage daily
•12 hours of EMT in department
•20 hours of Mid Level coverage
•Hospitalist program in-house
•Full diagnostic capabilities
•Dedicated helicopter on site
