•20 Bed ED (6 Fast Track) •29,538 Annual ED Volume •36 Hours Physician Coverage •12 Hours Advanced Practitioner Coverage •Graduated from an accredited physician assistant training program and be certified or eligible to be certified by NCCPA •Comply with licensure and other regulations of the PA practice in the state in which he or she practices •Develop or maintain qualifications through ongoing emergency medicine training and CME course •Minimum 1 year experience working full-time as a Physician Assistant White River Medical Center, the flagship facility of White River Health System, is located in north central Arkansas. The ED is part of the AR SAVES Stroke Care Network and has the capability to communicate via telemedicine with the Arkansas Burn Center at Arkansas Children’s Hospital. The ED is in the process of a major renovation and expansion project to be completed next year. Highlights include an increase in the number of treatment rooms, redesigned patient registration and seating areas, and a redesigned patient entrance. Located along the shores of the White River, Batesville is a small community about 90 miles from Little Rock and 125 miles from Memphis.
