Overview:
St. Mary's Medical Center (SMMC) Ironton is a free-standing Emergency Services department located in Ironton, OH. The department has a full staff of emergency room physicians and nurses 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and features a helipad, resuscitation/trauma rooms, advanced diagnostic testing, and 24/7 lab and imaging services. The Ironton campus is supported by the full range of specialty services at St. Mary's Emergency & Trauma Center in Huntington, West Virginia.

Requirements:
Ohio Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner License
DEA License with Ohio registration
Board Certification (NCCPA, AANP or ANCC). Nurse practitioners must be Board Certified to care for all age ranges of patients.
American Heart Association ACLS & PALS
At least one (1) year of ER experience

Compensation:
Advanced Practice Clinicians (APC) are employees of VEP. They receive an hourly base rate and an opportunity to earn productivity compensation at specific sites.
