Quick Drive to the Ocean! Cardiology/Cardiac Surgery Physician Assistant Opportunity in a Vibrant City!
As the incoming physician assistant, you'll join an established and well-respected cardiac surgery team. The successful candidate will join nine PA's/PA's who provide care for post-op cardiac surgery patients in the Cardiac Surgery Intermediate Unit.
The successful midlevel candidate will have experience in this setting, or a comparable setting, post-training, cardiac surgery experience as a nurse or advanced practice provider is preferred.
Practice highlights include: nationally recognized cardiac surgery team; 24-bed Cardiac Surgery Intermediate Unit; weekend option schedule-Friday, Saturday, Sunday days 7am-7pm; 100% inpatient in state-of-the-art facilities; some procedures required; team performs around 1100 pump cases per year; and a service area of 1.4 million people in 29 counties.
