The Opportunity
- Seeking Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician assistants and nurse practitioners with current national certification and DEA; current state license a plus
- Experience preferred, but new grads will be considered
- Full time opportunity available

The Practice
Sierra Vista Healthcare Center – Fresno, California
- All beds are Medicare and Medicaid certified, with all rooms utilizing new electric high/low beds and equipment
- The full in-house rehab unit provides: PT, OT and ST
- Sierra Vista Healthcare Center sees 450 cases per year with 15 admissions a week
