General Description: Member of the leadership team, responsible for reporting at the residential level, oversees regulatory compliance and reporting, staff hiring and development, strategic planning, expense reporting and management along with other reporting segments. Responsibilities would include driving the business and serving as the administrator for the organization. Ability to be a change agent and identify continuous improvement opportunities within the organization.

Reports to: President of Renowned Organization

Responsibilities:
1. Establish proactive cost control strategies throughout the organization which maximize efficiency and speed the company towards maximum profitability.
2. Create an open, communicative relationship between administration and the rest of the organization by providing executive management with direction and strategy.
3. Oversee the day to day operations of the facility and staff.
4. Maximize the potential of current staff and identify immediate and future staffing needs within financial guidelines.
5. Build relationships and work closely with other senior staff as a peer and advisory team.
6. Thorough understanding and application of related regulations for treatment, services, facility, and accounting set forth by local, state and federal guidelines.
7. Develop, oversee, and supervise the external and internal reporting, forecasting of expected results, and translating strategic initiatives into expected outcomes.
8. Responsible for coordination of the facilities various lines of business.
9. Ensure the financial integrity of the organization through expense management, planning, cash management and financial aspects of all activity.
10. Oversee risk management to ensure accurate and consistent services are provided.
11. Member of the organization planning Board.
12. Effectively communicate, influence, educate and collaborate with parent company executives on unique services and issues and overall strategy.
13. In conjunction with the corporate risk management function, develop and oversee the risk management function, including the incorporation of risk parameters into the organization’s short and long term risk strategies.
14. Adhere to Enterhealth policies and procedures.



Qualifications:
• Masters Degree in Healthcare Administration or Business Administration with emphasis in healthcare management
• Strong supervisory, leadership, hands-on management and coaching skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate on various levels to include management, departmental, customer and associate levels utilizing both written and verbal skills.
• Preferred years of experience managing a team- evaluations, mentoring, and guiding
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills needed
• Must possess excellent qualitative and quantitative analytical skills as well as the ability to think strategically and problem solve on a tactical level
• Must be able to demonstrate excellent computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software proficiency
