Schedule:
Provider will need to document notes for OT and CB within the electronic timesheet.
Coverage:
Urology
Clinic and shared call
Dates of Coverage:
Ongoing needs but **The current coverage needs are June 10-14, Aug 5-9, Aug 12-14, and Aug 26-30!**
Must have PA license, dates too close to get license in time.
BLS, ACLS and/or PALS is required, certification
• Must have a Pennsylvania DEA
• Must have a Pennsylvania state license
• Must provide proof of U.S. citizenship or legal residency
Current # of Physicians & Support Staff
2 physicians, two physician assistants, one nurse practitioner, one practice
manager, one RN, four clinicians, two surgical schedulers, five front office staff.
Volume Approximately 15% IP and 85% OP
