The Chief, Vascular Surgery physician will provide clinical and administrative leadership in support of the Vascular Surgery program at Mon Health. This includes, but is not limited to the development and implementation of a wide-range of vascular surgery services targeting needs in the Mon Health patient population; ensuring adherence to appropriate medical standards, quality initiatives, and performance metrics. Additionally, this role will provide guidance, support, and education to staff within the vascular surgery service line.

Job Responsibilities

The physician provides Vascular Surgery clinical care in outpatient and/or inpatient setting. Follows and directs evidence based practices established within the service line. Collaborate and coordinate the individual treatment plan with the clinical team as necessary to assure appropriate continuum of care.

Qualifications

Minimum Education Requirement: Graduate of Accredited Medical School. Board certified in vascular surgery.

Minimum Experience Requirement: 7-10 years experience in group practice and/or hospital setting preferred.

Minimum License Requirement: Current West Virginia licensure. Current Federal Drug Enforcement Agency Certificate. Fully credentialed according to Mon Health's section of Heart and Vascular and Surgery Services.
