- Dates of Coverage: May 24, 25, 26, 27 and 31
- 24-hour call coverage; 7a-7a
- Reason for Coverage: Vacation coverage
- Practice Setting: Hospital call coverage
- Patient Age Demographic: Adolescent, Peds, Neonate, Adult, Geriatric
- Procedures Required: General Surgical Cases Adult, General Surgical Cases Pediatric, Laparoscopic Surgery, GI Endoscopy, Obstetric & Gynecologic Surgery
- Board Certified - Required
- BLS/ACLS/PALS Certified - Required
- Flu Shot - Required
- COVID Vaccination - Highly preferred
- Provider Must be available for May dates listed, no exceptions
