General Surgery Locums Job in Iowa | Scopes Required | Seeking 1 Week (Monday - Monday) per Month Starting Early July

Coverage need:
--Seeking Monday - Monday coverage once per month (if you can offer more, please let us know)
--Will be scheduled for 8-hour scope days during the week & be on night/weekend call coverage
--Night call starts at 5PM - 8AM, weekend call is Friday at 5PM - Monday at 8AM

Job Requirements for Assignment #101534:
-- Board Certification required for this assignment
-- Iowa license + DEA required
-- COVID vaccination required to be considered
-- General Surgery coverage (bread & butter) to include upper and lower scopes
-- Must be able to do conscious sedation
-- Facility detail: designated level III trauma center, 1.5 hours away from Des Moines, 40+ bed facility, EPIC EMR

Outpatient Scoping Needs:
* Will be scheduled to do outpatient scopes for 3-5 days/week
* Will do an average of 12-16 scopes per full day / 6-10 scopes per half day
* Average of 8 hours of scope work per week day + night & weekend call coverage
