A facility in Cottonwood, AZ is looking for a locum General Surgeon for call coverage on specific dates from April - December. Can you help? Let me know either way!

  • Shift Details: 24-hour beeper call; 4-6 hours of call back daily
  • Schedule:
    • May 3(7am)-6(7am)
      May 24(7am)-27(7am)
      Aug 23(7am)-26(7am)
      Sept 27(7am)-30(7am)
      Dec 24(7am)-26(7am)
  • Patients per day: 1 – 4
  • Hospital bed size: 87
  • Case / Procedure Experience: Upper and lower endos required
  • Practice Setting:Hospital
  • BC or BE in General Surgery
  • AZ License or IMLC candidates
  • DEA, BLS, ACLS
  • Minimum experience required: 2+ years outside of Residency
  • EMR: Cerner
  • Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days (can expedite)
