Seeking BE/BC Orthopedic Surgeon to join two orthopedic surgeons. Our consistent year-over-year growth in this specialty is creating an opportunity for a third surgeon to join the team.
Centrally located between North Dakota's largest city Fargo and capitol city Bismarck on interstate 94, this is a great family community that is very popular with its outdoor offerings and is one of the premier bird hunting and fishing locations in the country. Easy, fast access to larger cities for major events like concerts. Rolling topography. Beautiful reservoir on north edge of town.
The city has competitive high-school athletics and strong academic offerings, including a local university. Airport with daily flights in and out of Denver. Amazing sushi restaurant. Miles of bike trails, including pro-level mountain biking, 2 rivers run through community, abundance of parks - equipped with kayak launches and groomed options for both summer and winter activities. New Activity Center, which is a fully-quipped recreation and wellness space, including indoor fields and outdoor splash pad.
- The ideal candidate would have a specific interest in sports medicine and upper extremity. Accomplished athletics at local and regional high schools, a local university and a very active community are creating this demand.
- A typical week for our orthopedic surgeons involves at least 1 surgical day (more often 1.5), clinic and .5 days of administrative time.
- Call is limited to one day a week and 2 weekends a month, with the opportunity to take on more for additional compensation.
- Dedicated APP support for practice - surgical assist, as well as seeing patients in the clinic.
- Specialty clinic and operating rooms are just steps apart.
- In-house radiology, including CT and MRI.
- Employed radiologist.
- In-house rehabilitation department, including athletic training.
- 24/7 physician-staff ER
