Oregon – General Surgery

• Coastal Oregon hospital is actively recruiting for a Board Certified/Eligible general surgeon to join their team.
• The well-established practice currently includes 2 general surgeons.
• The candidate will have comfort in all aspects of all general surgery procedures, including endoscopy, cholecystectomy, breast biopsy and mastectomies.
• The candidate will participate in 1:3 or 1:4 call as assigned.
• Opportunities are available for local leadership positions within the medical group and various committees.
• Selected candidate must be team-oriented and have the ability to interact well with colleagues inside and out of the group. Their surgeons interact regularly with multiple surgical and non-surgical subspecialties as well as the hospitalist service and outpatient Primary Care.
• The hospital is a full service, 25-bed, critical access, not-for-profit, Planetree-Certified hospital where person-centered care is a priority.
