Utica Park Clinic General Surgery is searching for a bc/be Colorectal Surgeon to join an established, employed practice affiliated with the nationally recognized Hillcrest HealthCare System in beautiful Tulsa, Oklahoma. The ideal candidate must be highly skilled and experienced in robotic surgery to practice as the sole colorectal surgeon for the hospital. They may be a new graduate or established as it is a supportive, collegial environment with tenured clinic and operating room staff. The hospital produces 450-500 colon rectal cases annually and continues to grow. The previous colorectal surgeon produced around 10-11,000 wRVUs per year. Please note the clinic has 2 proctology tables, 3 exam rooms, and 1 infrared coagulation system.

About this Colorectal Surgeon Job Opening:

• Multispecialty Group
• Join the team as the sole Colorectal Surgeon joining a collegial team of 4 general surgeons, 2 nurse practitioners, 2 physician assistants, and support staff (including 1 MA/LPN per provider)
• Expected Patient Load: 12-15 per day; 450-500 colorectal cases per year
• Outpatient clinic conveniently located on the hospital campus.
• Onsite testing adjacent to the medical office building
• Two (2) procedure rooms in the clinic.
• Call Coverage: own patients only, telephone coverage (not part of general surgery call rotation); APPs cover inpatient call during daytime hours (weekdays and weekends)
• Monday-Friday, 8:00am- 5:00pm
• 2.5 days in clinic/2 days in hospital
• 4 Administrative Hours/ week
• APP inpatient support
• EMR: Epic

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have completed an accredited Colorectal Surgery Fellowship
• BE/BC in general surgery & colorectal surgery
• Experienced and graduating Colorectal Surgeons skilled in robotic surgery are encouraged to apply
