  • May 3-7
  • May 12-15
  • June 2-5
  • March 31-April 10 x2
  • June 6-27
  • June 29-July 5
  • July 29-August 13
  • November 5-10
• Support Staff: 4
• Patients/Shift: 5-8 per shift
• EMR: Epic
• Compensation: competitive
• Credentialing: 60-90 days
