Location: West, OH.
Facility: 254-bed Hospital
Coverage Dates: ASAP-Ongoing
Schedule: 7:30AM-4:00PM, No call.
Practice Details: Average Number of Cases Per Day: 15. Patient Age Demographic: Adolescent, Child, Neonate, Adult, Geriatric.
Required Procedures: fluoroscopy, CT, US. Interventional Procedures Required: hysterosalpingogram, lumbar puncture, sentinel node injection, myelogram.
Setting: Inpatient, Hospital
EMR: EPIC (Health Span),
Must be OH licensed, DEA, BLS, ACLS, and Board Certified.
Malpractice, travel, and credentialing are taken care of on your behalf.
