A recognized healthcare network in Vermont is currently seeking a licensed Radiologist to join their growing team in Chittenden County.
About the Opportunity
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 8am to 5pm
- Specialty: Community Radiology
- EMR: Epic/Visage/Powerscribe
Responsibilities:
The Radiologist will:
- Analyze and interpret medical images such as X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, ultrasounds, and nuclear medicine scans
- Perform image-guided procedures, such as biopsies and drainage procedures, using medical imaging for guidance
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of medical images
- Document findings in reports, which are included in the patient's medical records
- Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice in the State of Vermont
- Board Certification in Radiology
- BLS certification
- DEA registration
- MQSA Certification
Desired Skills:
- Hip and shoulder arthrogram and steroid injection. US guided breast core
- US guided thyroid FNA
