--Board Certification
--North Dakota license or IMLC
--Malpractice – Clean file required
--ACLS, BLS, ATLS, DEA
--Support three general surgeons; 2 orthopedic surgeons; 1 FP provider with OB and 3 OB/GYN providers with an average of 50-60 births per month
--Average daily census 12.7
--25 Bed CAH Hospital
--Level 4 Trauma
--EMR: Meditech
--Setting: Inpatient ARU
