**Director - Pulmonary/Critical Care opening - Troy, NY**
*Seeking an ICU Medical Director to help lead a robust team of highly experienced providers*
**Position Details**
- Full-time, permanent
- This position would require familiarity and work at two nearby inpatient ICUs
- The ICU Medical Director opportunity is 0.2 FTE administrative/ 0.8 FTE clinical
*Providers who have Sleep Medicine training and experience will work one day per week in the Sleep Center.*
- Services include a full pulmonary function laboratory, spirometry, chest x-ray, ECG, oximetry, Endobronchial Ultrasound.
- Administrative responsibilities include workflow implementation, determination of quality metrics, handling of inquiries, quality case reviews, etc.- with direct reporting to the CMO
- Closed ICU
- This role is full-time with call rotation (night call 2-3 times per month, one of which will occur on a weekend).
- No overnights (24/7 Critical Care Coverage)
**Schedule is outlined as:**
- 1 week per month ICU
- 1 week per month pulmonary consults
- Weekend coverage is 1 in every 4 or 5 weeks and predominantly at Samaritan Hospital
- 2 weeks per month in office (if certified in Sleep, one day per week will be in Sleep Center)
**Compensation and Benefits:**
- Salary range: $400,000-$425,000 with incentives
- Additional administrative stipend

**Requirements**
- BC in Pulmonary, Critical Care
- BC in Sleep Med (Preferred)
- At least 1 year of work experience as ICU Medical Director
