Well respected Community Health Center is searching for a full time Mental Health Substance Abuse Case Manager to provides direct client education and connection to counseling and other community resources/ services to individuals and groups as needed for substance abuse treatment and recovery. Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred, but not required.

Education:

· Bachelor’s Degree in behavioral health field.

· One year of experience in providing patient/client care in a behavioral health setting.

· Case manager experience related to substance abuse and related disorders.

· Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card.

· Master’s Degree in the field of behavioral health.

· Two years of experience with patient/client care in a behavioral health setting strongly preferred.
