* Seeking a Psychiatrist to join our team._x000D_
* Full-time position, including dedicated administrative time, with flexible scheduling to ensure sufficient patient access_x000D_
* Opportunity to practice with flexibility in the outpatient, inpatient and Long-term care settings; greatest need is on the outpatient side_x000D_
* Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on EPIC EMR to improve care coordination_x000D_

**Responsibilities:**_x000D_

* Outpatient clinic open Monday through Friday 8am -5pm_x000D_
* Supervision of 1 APP working on the outpatient side_x000D_
* Opportunity to provide care in 4-5 long-term care facilities in the Dubuque community_x000D_
* Limited call due to availability of telepsych to cover ED consults_x000D_
* Evaluates, interprets, and coordinates information to make decisions and recommendations regarding patient care_x000D_
* Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment_x000D_
* Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical, and problem-solving skills_x000D_
* Ability to work as a team member to improve the health of the people and communities we serve_x000D_

* MD or DO_x000D_
* Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry _x000D_
* Ability to obtain and hold an unrestricted license to practice in the state of Iowa_x000D_
* Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the physicians field of practice_x000D_
* Eligible to work in the United States (H1-B cap exempt)
