ARCH Placement is looking for a PM&R residency trained physician to join our hospital employed outpatient PM&R group.

Practice Information:
Office hours: Mon-Thurs 8a-5p and Fri 8a to 12p
Call: 1:3 weekend coverage for inpatient unit (shared with Medical Director and locum physician)
Staffing: 2 physicians (Physiatrist and Neurologist), 2 NPs, 3 LPNs, 5 MAs and Office manager
Case Load: 20-24 patients per day / Wed afternoons for office procedures approx. 6-10

Compensation:
Salary: $256,000 - $328,000 plus wRVU production incentives up to 30% of salary

Vacation: 4 weeks plus holidays/sick days (29 PTO days). Additional 5 days when producing 75%tile wRVUs

CME/Books & Journals: 5 days and up to $5000

Bonus Incentives: Excellent bonus incentives up to 30% of salary Deferred compensation: 457b plan. Defer compensation up to IRS limit. No matching, Retirement / Savings Plan: 403b plan. Defer compensation up to IRS limit. SOMC matches dollar for dollar up to 2% of base pay Malpractice Insurance Coverage: in a claims made insurance, in an amount of $1,000,000, per claim/$3,000,000, aggregate
Health Insurance: nurse practitioner pays small premium, deducted from paycheck
Non-compete: 70 mile and 2 year non-compete clause
Medical School Loan Repayment: repayment of $25,000 per year up to $200,000.
Signing bonus: 15% of base salary, forgiven over 2 years.
