Job Responsibilities

• Serve as the Medical Director of our Rehabilitation department, overseeing clinical operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, including Nurse Practitioners, to optimize patient outcomes and rehabilitation strategies.
• Provide mentorship and supervision to medical staff, residents, and other healthcare professionals as needed.

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification or eligibility in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R).
• Active medical license in the state of Kansas.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Willingness to learn and assume the responsibilities of a Medical Director.
