Hospital-employed Pediatrics opening to join close-knit medical staff, which is part of a large Pennsylvania health system.
• Flexible schedule can be 4-day work week
• Established group practice with shared call (mostly by phone)
• 90% Outpatient position with low-volume nursery rounding when on call
• Attend deliveries less than 2% of the time
• Relocation, Signing Bonus, Retention Bonus
• Guaranteed Salary, Quality and Productivity Bonus
• Immediate eligibility for retirement plans with match
• 6 weeks of Paid Time Off
• Total earning exceeds 385K
• Up to additional 120K in Student Loan Repayment
Requirements:
