One of our clients in CA needs assistance with Pediatric Hospitalist locum tenens coverage. Here are some of the details.
Location: Northern California
Facility: 70-bed Hospital
Coverage Dates: ASAP - Ongoing
Schedule: 24-hour call
Practice Details: Duties: Provide care for 0-18 yo patients. Standby/on call for emergency or complicated C-sections, ED call for pediatric patients. Average Number of admissions per day? 4 (3-5) pediatric patients and 7 (3-15) newborn/nursery patients, Facility does not have a PICU and NICU is covered by neonatologists.
Required Procedures: Neonatal resuscitation. High risk or complex patients transferred to higher level of care.
Setting: Inpatient, hospital
EMR: Cerner Care B
Must be CA licensed, BLS, DEA, NRP, PALS, Board Certified and Board Eligible.
Malpractice, travel and credentialing are taken care of on your behalf
