Position Highlights:

• Current Team Composition: Join our cohesive team as we expand to meet growing demand. Currently staffed with 2 Pediatric Hospitalists, one of whom is relocating to Fort Worth, Texas, creating an exciting opportunity for you.
• Scheduling: Enjoy a desirable work-life balance with a 7/7 schedule (Monday to Monday), totaling 23 shifts per year.
• Clinical Focus: This role is 100% inpatient, providing specialized care to pediatric patients. Procedures you will perform include PALS, resuscitation, intubation, and circumcision.
• Responsibilities: Spend 4 hours rounding with patients during your shift, while the remainder of your time involves taking your own call.
• No Deliveries: You will not be attending deliveries, as this responsibility is managed by the neonatologist and nurse practitioners, allowing you to focus exclusively on inpatient care.
• NICU II: Our facility boasts a NICU II, with neonatology services outsourced from OU, ensuring comprehensive care for our youngest patients.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base Compensation: Competitive base salary ranging from $225,000, providing you with financial stability.
