OB/GYN Physician - LT

Nonprofit community-based organization that operates 36 Federally

Qualified Health Centers throughout Tulare, Kings, and Fresno Counties. Qualified candidates will have

the opportunity to serve a diverse patient population and work among a team of multispecialty

providers. Access to onsite services such as ultrasound, imaging, laboratory services, and other specialty

services.

• Location:Visalia, CA

• Certification: Licensed in the state of California as an OB/GYN, Board-eligibility or

certification in OB-GYN

• License: CA license and DEA license

• Timeline: Available as soon as possible. 3 months w/ possibility to extend

• Schedule: full-time, 5 days/week (8-hour shifts) with one evening shift per week (12-9pm,

and one Saturday per month.

 One day will be clinic and call

• Call: 1:4

 1 weekday call per week, one weekend per month (covering Friday, Saturday and

Sunday)

 Call is not restricted which allows physician to be home or in clinic while on call

• Caseload: 22 to 24 patients per 8 hours

• Procedures: Office based procedures & gynecology surgeries preferred

• EMR: Health Center: eCW, Hospital: Cerner

• Vaccination Requirement: Family HealthCare Network requires all non-employees to be
