This is a great setup for a Neonatologist seeking an ideal work/life balance - reasonable volumes, excellent APP support, and a wonderful colleague to work alongside.
• 7on/7off Monday AM to Monday AM, covering the NICU and Nursery
• Low call burden with APPs handling initial call and prepping as needed
• 21-bed Level III NICU with average census of 5-8, Nursery census of 3-5
• Ongoing salary that is above MGMA Median, $750 for APP supervision
