Job Details and Requirements:
- Start - ASAP
- Shift times: 4 shifts, Monday-Thursday, 8-4 or 9-5
- Contract Length: 3 months - locums to perm candidates only
Work Details:
- Bread and butter outpatient care
- We need a perm hire, so we are looking for someone to do locums to perm
- Rural health setting
- Will be seeing: medicare, insurance, and private insurance patients
- There will be 2 APPs on site
- 16-20 patients a day
- EMR: Epic
- Credentialing: 90 days
Submission Requirements
- Board Certification: BC or BE. If Board eligible they will need to obtain certification within 5 years of residency.
- State license required: California.
- DEA: Required
- Minimum experience required: Prefers experience (3+ years) but will look at new grads
- Supporting certifications such as DEA, BLS, ACLS, ATLS, NRP, PALS
Pay Package:
Hourly on 1099: $130/hr + Travel + lodging + malpractice coverage
