Not-for-profit, 50-bed community hospital in the forests of Northeastern Minnesota is seeking a BE/BC Internal Medicine physician to join a dynamic multispecialty team of providers as a part of an established practice.
• Multispecialty practice with 28 providers with a call rotation of only 3 nights per month; minimal calls
• Opportunity to take inpatient, emergency medicine or inpatient pediatric shifts if desired
• Access to university physicians for subspecialty care
• Strong financial package with a guaranteed base salary above 75th percentile + $150K Sign-On + 8 weeks of PTO
• Practicing physicians and residents finishing in 2024, 2025 and 2026 are encouraged to apply
• Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PLSF) & Visa sponsorship available
