**Med/Peds Nocturnist opening near Fayetteville, NC**_x000D_

- Must be ***BC/BE Family Medicine or Med/Peds***_x000D_
- Approximately 10-12 shifts/month_x000D_

Rounding on Adult and Pediatric patients (great mix for individual who wants inpatient work and ability to care for patients of all ages_x000D_
Flexible scheduling of shifts, 8P-8A, 12-hour shifts_x000D_
Inpatient clinical responsibilities including admissions, discharges, consults, and transfers_x000D_
ICU management including rounding, running codes, vent management, and intubations_x000D_
Attend caesarian sections and round in the newborn nursery (NRP certification is required)_x000D_
Work independently; on-call specialists available by phone_x000D_
Nocturnist can expect to have 4-5 patient encounters per night with an average of 3-4 Emergency Department admissions_x000D_
Wide scope of services provided at hospital including General Surgery, OBGYN, Orthopedics, Primary Care and Urology_x000D_
Ability to live in close proximity to Raleigh or Wilmington, North Carolina_x000D_
