**Hospitalist Opening in New Mexico**_x000D_ _x000D_ Located in ***Silver City, NM*** - Las Cruces 100m; Albuquerque 240m_x000D_ _x000D_ HOSPITALIST:_x000D_ _x000D_ * Requirements: ACLS, PALS_x000D_ * Board Requirements: BCIM_x000D_ * Shifts: 7 On / 7 Off Block Schedule_x000D_ * ICU Beds: 6_x000D_ * EMR: Meditech_x000D_ * Daily Census: 22_x000D_ * Hospitalist- Double Coverage 7am 7pm;_x000D_ * Alternating Night Call_x000D_ * Physician: 1 Provider on Call 24 Hours: This Provider Does All the Admitting for 24 Hours_x000D_ * Following morning this provider goes to hospital and rounds on all his own patients and finishes any other in house work that needs to be done until 7 PM_x000D_ * Hospitalist Responsible for Managing the Patients in the ICU_x000D_ * Procedures Required: Vent Management_x000D_ * Hospitalist will have help with procedures_x000D_ * Patient load (seasonal) summer: 16 pts/day- 10 pts/day winter_x000D_ _x000D_ Come practice in an environment where physicians are appreciated and rewarded for dedication and hard work by the community and hospital administration.
