Seeking a Hospitalist (IM/FM) physician to join our team. _x000D_
_x000D_
* Employed_x000D_
* Full-time_x000D_
* Our physicians work 12-hour shifts from 7am-7pm. _x000D_
* Weekday intensivist coverage, and hospitalists round in the ICU on weekends. _x000D_
* Code coverage and night telephone call required. _x000D_
* Hospitalists do not perform procedures._x000D_
* 17-20 patient encounters per day (admissions & rounding) _x000D_
* Average census of 16_x000D_
* 131 hospital beds _x000D_
* 1 rounding day physician (7 a.m. - 7 p.m.) plus one APC_x000D_
* 7 on / 7 off block schedule _x000D_
* Nights covered by APC. Daytime hospitalist takes night telephone call_x000D_
* ICU beds covered by intensivists M-F; Hospitalist team covers nights and weekends _x000D_
* Rapids & codes required_x000D_
* Vent management required _x000D_
* Cerner EMR_x000D_
* Board certified or eligible required. _x000D_
