SHIFT DETAILS :
- June 10-24
- Monday to Friday – 8:00am to 4:30pm
WORK DETAILS :
- Patients per day: inpatient rounding and outpatient clinic - 10-15 patients per day
- Patient population/age: adults of all ages diagnosed with a wide range of hematology conditions and cancers.
- Department description: This is a three physician, one APP practice located on the hospital campus adjacent to infusion and radiation oncology.
- EMR: Epic
- Practice Setting: Clinic
REQUIREMENTS :
- Board Certification: Board Certified Oncologist preferred.
- License required: OH License required - IMLC Ok
- Credentialing Timeframe: Will request Temps.
